Daffy the teddy bear from the Isabelle Collection by Charlie Bears SJ5559 

This selection of bears we fondly call our hat series have obviously all visited the Madhatters shop here at the Bearhouse gallery! Back in 2015 we rst introduced this new miniseries into our mohair collection with characters who all wore hats as their accessories, Cozy Toes, Blanket, Fancy Pants and Frost were all adored by our collectors and so Charlie wanted to create more in this series which we are sure will be loved as much as their older cousins. Daffy is fully jointed and has at paw pads so he can stand unaided. He has been created from a blend of both Alpaca and Mohair in warm wintery browns and a frost kissed white. He has an oversized hand stitched nose and a sweet expression which has been created by the introduction of small eye whites. His knitted sock hat and matching scarf are stitched in place so they stay snuggly attached when he is out and about. 

Even bears feel the cold and that's why Charlie has given each of these cheeky chappies a hat to keep them warm during the winter (Gus, Parky, Daffy, Chillstar) The eagle eyed amonst you will notice they are the long distant relatives of our be-hatted bears from the 2015 collection...
